Where did this name come from on Google search results? If I want to make changes, where should I change it?

You can add other postings in the google press release center (https://publishercenter.google.com/?publication=CAowlo7KCw) and then fill in the name selecting the region of residence and the main language. That’s it.

The name of my site is: Learn Google SEO with Fuwei, but why does this position show SEO.TM.
I researched other sites and this position is also not displaying the site name, but a text associated with the domain name. What is the law of it and how does it come about, still no research.
